Informa Connect and the adjacent hotel did nothing in Miami to address what was missing from this show to provide seamless mobility for an event professional who had nothing but problems. I am curious as to whether or not the EIC, MPI, or PCMA has any courses on accessibility and the law around it. Thank you for bringing this to light at a time where change is desperately needed as well as new best practises for the next generation.
